Adobe is giving its Creative Cloud service an extensive update. The most notable innovation is the addition of Adobe Stock, the stock photo service the company started after the acquisition of stock photo company Fotolia.

While Creative Cloud is constantly making minor updates, there are also major updates every year with new applications. In this way, users of the individual versions of the software can purchase any upgrades.

The most notable addition is the introduction of Adobe Stock. The stock service is deeply integrated into the system, making purchased stock photos instantly available on all of the user’s devices with the Creative Cloud service installed. Photos that have not yet been purchased and therefore still contain a watermark during possible editing, will automatically be removed from the watermark as soon as the relevant photo has been purchased.

In addition to the addition of the stock photo service, the mobile integration has been improved, as well as the way to share assets within the different applications. Other notable updates include Premiere Pro, which colorizes the workflows. Lightroom and Photoshop have a new filter to make it easier to remove haze and fog from photos. After Effects is enhanced with Adobe Character Animator to bring still images to life. Illustrator users who are used to different Art Boards can now also use them in Photoshop. Furthermore, zooming in is now possible to 64,000 instead of 6400 percent.

Creative Cloud can be used in its simplest form from 12.10 euros per month and is available for iOS, Android, Windows and Mac. The total package costs 60.09 euros per month, although that is without Adobe Stock.
