Specifications of HTC’s 5.5″ Nexus are online

The suspected specifications of an HTC device that bears the code name Marlin have appeared on the internet. The device is suspected to be the new Nexus: the version with 5.5 “screen that comes next to the Sailfish with 5” screen.

AndroidPolice publishes the specifications. The site does not disclose its sources, but claims to be able to say with a high degree of certainty that the specs are correct. It is striking that there does not seem to be a 64GB version of ‘Marlin’, only a 32GB and a 128GB version. This may also apply to ‘Sailfish’, HTC’s 5″ Nexus whose specifications also recently appeared.

Marlin’s processor, camera and memory are said to be identical to Sailfish’s. It is not known which processor is involved, but it is from Qualcomm. Furthermore, the two HTC-Nexus models would get almost the same design. Further details, for example about prices and availability, are not yet available.
