Download Firmware QNAP TS-x09 3.3.0 build 0924

Qnap released a new stable firmware for the TS-109, TS-209 and TS-409 models of its NAS systems on Tuesday. The firmware has been given version number 3.3.0 build 0924 and downloads can be done at this page are being found. In this release, support for iTunes version 10 has been added and various components have been updated to a new version. The full changelog looks like this:

[Major Bug Fixes]

• [Web File Manager] Occasional disconnection issue when downloading files through Web File Manager.
• [Network Services] The file transfer cannot be resumed in FTP after an upload/download task is interrupted.
• [Backup] Incorrect “Directory to backup” in [Back up to External Drive] if the length of folder name is about 228 characters.
• [Time Machine] The capacity setting cannot be zero GB when enabling Time Machine.

[Known Issues]

• Enabling UPnP (TwonkyMedia) will cause HDD standby/sleep failure.
• TwonkyMedia server self-restarts on some media files.
• TwonkyMedia server is unable to display some MP4 files.
• For first-time installation, users can only go to ‘Settings’ > ‘Run Quick Configuration Wizard’ in QNAP Finder to set up the NAS.
