Download USB Mouserate Switcher 0.3 beta

One day after the release of USB Mouserate Switcher 0.2 beta, the folks at Techconnect have released the third beta version of the program released† USB Mouserate Switcher is able to adjust the sample rate of the USB ports, giving an optical mouse a boost in its precision. Beta 0.3 has been written from scratch and therefore now supports virtually all versions of Windows 2000 and Windows XP. You can find an overview of all the changes below:

• completely rewritten USB Mouserate Switcher from scratch
• no prepatched files anymore, using a patcher instead
• “usbport.sys” version independence (should now work with any version of Windows 2k/XP)
• fixed 250 Hz “usbport.sys” (should work now)
• fixed 1000 Hz “usbport.sys” (should work now)
