Download Firmware Xtreamer 2.1.2
Xtreamer has released another update for last week’s version 2.1 of the firmware for its media player of the same name. The Xtreamer is intended for playing and streaming media files from the optional built-in hard drive, a device on the internal network – wired or wireless – or from the Internet. New in version 2.1 includes the ability to add favorite content directly to the Home menu and the Xtreamer now automatically scans shared network folders. Furthermore, improvements have been made to the photo and movie preview and the necessary bugs have been fixed. In version 2.1.2, the ability to add shared network folders has been returned and some bugs have been fixed. The full changelog of this release looks like this:
Improvements:
- Web GUI NFS mount option:
- NFS mount is back in Web GUI.
- To mount a local directory input any name.
- The mounted directory will be visible in “Favorites” menu.
- OSD font size increased 10%~20%.
- File navigation speed increased for “Photos” tab.
Bugs Fixed:
- User font selection bug.
- External subtitle(ASS) detection bug.
- Strange symbol displayed for missing character from user defined font.
- Network shortcut login bug in “Favorites” menu.
