Download xpy 0.8.13

The xpy program has been updated to version 0.8.13. xpy is a minimalist program that on the one hand makes Windows more secure, while on the other it protects your privacy. In addition to these so-called anti-spy capabilities, it protects you against known security vulnerabilities (such as RPC/DCOM and LMHash) and improves the performance of Windows.
