Mike Singer of Singer’s Creations released version 6.0.30 of the weather forecasting program Weather Watcher Live last Friday. In this program, weather changes can be displayed in real time. For example, the temperature, humidity and air pressure are displayed. In addition, it is also possible to view the position of the moon and various weather and satellite maps. Search for the nearest weather station can simple through Google Maps. Below you will find everything that has changed and improved since version 6.0.22:

Changes in version 6.0.30:

• CHANGED: Adjusted daily forecast high/low temperatures as needed so they match up with the hourly forecast high/low temperatures.
• FIXED: Replaced the Splendid skin degree symbols with the proper HTML special character so they would display properly when Internet Explorer 8 is installed.
• FIXED: For Windows 64-bit users, the Weather Watcher Live system tray icon was reverting back to Italic after retrieving the weather when the Set tray icon to Italic until first weather update option was enabled.
• FIXED: Updated colors of all textboxes and dropdowns on the Weather Watcher Live interface so they will display properly when using custom Windows colors.
• FIXED: The weather data in the NOW section of the main Weather Watcher Live window was not always refreshing properly when realtime weather data was downloaded.

Changes in version 6.0.26:

• ADDED: The latest changes will be displayed when a new version of Weather Watcher Live is installed. These changes can also be accessed from the Weather Watcher Live About window.
• ADDED: An “Auto-detect proxy settings for this network” checkbox has been added to the Advanced –> Internet section of the Weather Watcher Live Options window to automatically import the current IE proxy settings.
• CHANGED: The Tray Icon and Advanced Options menu items automatically expand so they are visible as soon as the Weather Watcher Live Options window is opened.
• CHANGED: Made some changes to the DL.EXE application to resolve Internet connection issues.
• FIXED: If using the wallpaper map feature, Weather Watcher Live will automatically update the URLs for the selected wallpaper map(s) when new maps are installed at startup.
• FIXED: Weather Watcher Live was not releasing object handles used by the DL.EXE application after retrieving the weather.
• FIXED: Updated map list links to fix the maps that were no longer updating.
• FIXED: Wind gauge text was not centering properly for weather stations outside of the US.
• FIXED: The Tray Icon –> Tooltip –> Show Tray Balloon Tip When list changes were not being saved when no other settings were modified and the Weather Watcher Options window was closed.
• FIXED: The Daylight Remaining tooltip item was not calculating correctly when the sunrise and sunset occurred on different days.
• FIXED: The barometer was not being calculated properly when using a conversion other than inches.
