Download Transmission 1.10
The developers of the BitTorrent client Transmission released version 1.10 of their program last Friday. Transmission is an open source cross-platform and lightweight BitTorrent client with a simple interface. The program has been developed for use under Mac OS X, but versions for Linux, Solaris and Net, Free and OpenBSD can also be found on the download page. The changelog for this release shows the following changes:
All Platforms:
- Stop torrents when downloading and the disk becomes full
- Removing a torrent also removes it from the cache
- Smaller memory footprint per-torrent and per-peer
