Tag&Rename is a program that allows you to organize your music clearly. For example, based on the file name (artist – song.mp3), Tag&Rename can set the ID3 tags of MP3s correctly. The reverse, converting the information from the ID3 tag to the desired file name, is also possible. Besides mp3 files, Tag&Rename is not averse to ogg, wma and m4a files to do this job for you. Since beta 2 the following things have changed:

New features in this beta version:

• added option to save APEv1 tags to monkey’s audio files (be compatible with Winamp ape plugin)
• fixed error message when read flac information from files which have ID3v2 tag
• improved speed of wma files writing
• some minor fixes
