Skype has just released version 2.5.0.126 of the popular VoIP program of the same name. You can talk to other users of this program for free via Skype. You can also take out a subscription (SkypeOut), so that calls to fixed and mobile numbers are possible. For the real die-hards it is also possible to buy a telephone number (SkypeIn) so that a Skype user can be called from a landline or mobile phone. Version 2.5.0.126 has been released to fix some bugs. The changelog shows which:
