Via a announcement the final version of SimplyMepis 2004 has been introduced on the Mepis forum. This Linux live CD is based on the Debian distribution and uses KDE as its GUI. SimplyMepis 2004 final can be downloaded as an iso image via this direct link and weighs just under 197 megabytes. Unfortunately, the developers have not released any release notes for this version.
