Software Update: qBittorrent 3.1.4

Version 3.1.4 of qBittorrent has been released. This open source torrent client has versions for Windows, Linux, OS X and FreeBSD, and shows no ads. The program is with Qt4 developed and based on libtorrent (raster bar) and boost. The program is the brainchild of French student Christophe Dumez, who has been working on it since March 2006. Changes and improvements have been made in this release:

New features:

• Statistics dialog (Gelmir)
• Tooltips explaining each peer’s connection flags (sledgehammer999)
• Win/Mac Check for program updates every 15min and allow the user to manually check for updates through the help menu. (sledgehammer999)

Bug fixed:

• Better dialog message for torrent delete confirmation (sledgehammer999)
• Fix resizing grip location. Close #1146. (sledgehammer999)
• Lock toolbar in place. Close #1144. (sledgehammer999)
• Second attempt at fixing saving settings on shutdown. (sledgehammer999)
