Software Update: PowerArchiver 2004 9.11

ConeXware has updated its PowerArchiver 2004 archiving program to version 9.11. The program can handle all common formats, such as zip, cab, lha, tar, rar, arj, gz, and bzip2 among others. In addition, archives can be protected by means of a Blowfish, DES, Triple DES or AES encryption and the program has an internal viewer for different file formats. Among the changes in this release, we find faster zip compression under some circumstances and better access on an HP-UX file system over a network. The full changelog looks like this:
