Download PassMark DiskCheckup 3.0 build 1005

PassMark Software, known for BurnInTest, WirelessMon and PerformanceTest, among others, has released version 3.0 build 1005 of DiskCheckup. This program, which is free for home use, allows the health of the hard drive to be monitored. This is done by reading the registers of hard drives equipped with SMART technology. If certain values ​​are exceeded, the program can send an e-mail. DiskCheckup works with most hard drives, with the exception of scsi and raid setups. Since the previous entry in the Meuktracker, the following changes and improvements have been made:

Changes in version 3.0 build 1005:

• Fixed raw values ​​displayed as hexadecimal in DiskCheckup report files

Changes in version 3.0 build 1004:

• Fixed bug causing crash during startup
• Minor fixes

Changes in version 3.0 build 1003:

• Added SMTP authentication support for email notifications.
• Added ‘-d’ command line argument for debug mode (Debug mode is off by default).
• Added ‘-m’ command line argument to start DiskCheckup minimized to system tray.

Changes in version 3.0 build 1002:

• Fixed issue with some drive types not being detected (but previously detected by DiskCheckup v2.1).
