Software update: Opera 6.02 build 1090

The Norwegian makers of the internet browser Opera have again dropped a new beta. We have meanwhile arrived at version 6.02 build 1090. This version is just like previous versions Adware. After paying $39 or $20 (student license) you are released from the banner. The release notes look like this:

Changes in Current Version:

• Fixed linebreaking for text that has characters without baseline
  
• Fixes to properly handle binary data supplied for upload from Java applets
  
• Removed noKeyboardShortcuts as default turned on in kioskmode
  
• Reverted back to old buildnumber syntax
  
• Added additional fallback code for HTTP deflate content without a proper deflate header
  
• Further fixes on cache crasher
  
• Tuned dispatching of messages
  
• Super search, Amazon, Ebay and Find in Page are now default searches
  
• Fixed crashes when using Javascript prompt()
  
• Fixed crashes when using Javascript window.open() from inline scripts
  
• Fixed a problem with restarting Ecmascript threads
