Software Update: Ogg Drop 1.0b5

Ogg Drop is an application for the Mac OS X platform that converts audio files and CD tracks into the Ogg Vorbis format. CDDB and FreeDB can be used to look up the artist and title. In addition, it is possible to use the program as an editor for the tags of the Ogg Vorbis file. Ogg Drop also interfaces with QuickTime so that programs, such as QT player or iTunes, that use it are also able to play these audio files. Version 1.0b5 is now available with the following changes:

• QuickTime 7 support, thanks to Arek Korbik
• Built with Vorbis libraries version 1.1
• Built with XCode 2.1
• Vorbis libs are now included as private frameworks
