Software Update: NetLimiter 4.0.10.0

Locktime Software has released version 4.0.10.0 of NetLimiter, a test version. With this program all incoming and outgoing network and internet traffic can be monitored. In addition, the maximum bandwidth to be used per application can be specified. Anyone who has purchased a license for version 3 after October 2012 can upgrade free of charge. The following changes and improvements have been made in this release:
