Download Mr. QuestionMan 0.5

There is a program on Burrrn.net called Mr QuestionMan. It can be compared to GSpot or AVI codec, but for audio files. For each file, the type and bit rate are indicated, and which encoder was used to create it. Version 0.5 is the first version to be made available to the public and they have this to say about it:
