Microsoft has a new version released of IA-32 Execution Layer. This program improves the performance of 32-bit applications running on Windows Server 2003 with an Itanium processor. The new version is available from this location be knocked down and weighs about 2.2 megabytes. Unfortunately, Microsoft has not disclosed the changes in this release, but the company has left the following description:
