The previous version of Media Player Classic was short-lived, because version 6.4.7.5 is back appeared at SourceForce. This program is a compact media player without too many optical gadgets, but with a lot of functions and supported formats. The zip file with the program weighs about 980KB; the Windows 9x version is here to find, users of Windows 2000 and XP can use the player here to pick up. The release notes read as follows:

The internal realmedia (v1008) and matroska (v1021) splitters updated to their current latest versions (see their release notes for more).

Bug fixes:

Qt dx7/dx9 renderer showed only the left quarter of picture.

The checkbox of the dts passthrough to spdif filter was linked to the ac3 filters in the options.
