Macecraft Software released a new version of jv16 Powertools 2008 on Thursday, version 1.8.0.460. This program is intended to tweak all kinds of things within Windows. For example, there are modules to determine which programs are started when Windows boots and duplicate files can be searched for. Furthermore, the registry can be cleaned of unnecessary keys. The following changes and improvements have been made in this release:

The updated version contains the following changes:

• Fixed a bug from the Software Manager that caused it to list items hidden with the Right Click > Never Show Again feature
• Fixed a bug from many tools of the product, including the File Cleaner, which caused the product not being able to delete all the selected items with one click of the Delete button.
• Fixed a problem that caused the product not to start because of “You are violating the License Agreement” error message.
• Improved the startup speed of the product.
