Software update: ICQ Lite build #1150

ICQ has released a new version of ICQ Lite. ICQ Lite is a minimalist version of its bigger brother, ICQ Pro. Because the program is not completely packed with features, the download is only 1.9MB. The new release is build #1150 which is beta like all previous versions. Unfortunately, a changelog is not available.
