Download eMule 0.19c

IceStorm reported that a new version of eMule has been released. Version 0.19c was released shortly before a hotfix in version 0.19b:

0.19b introduced a new bug, which is important enough to release a small hotfix.

Merkur: the new antiaggressive-client system seems to have some serious bugs and is disabled for now. It will be back in 0.20 when it is fixed & tested
