A new version of CWShredder is available on the InterMute site in the form of 2.12 to download† This program scans the Windows system for the CoolWebSearch spyware and can also remove it from the machine. CoolWebSearch is able to detect different variants of the CWS junk, for an overview of these variants you can look at this site† Version 2.12 is from here to take down. We are not aware of what has changed in this release.
