With the program BWMer, the data traffic to and from the computer or on the network can be monitored. Not special in itself, but BWMeter can also analyze the data packets. This way it can see where they come from, where they are going and what protocol they are using. Furthermore, the program can distinguish between local and internet traffic and it is possible to use filters to, for example, monitor or limit data traffic to and from certain internet pages. DeskSoft has just released version 3.2.3 of BWMeter which includes the following changes:

Version 3.2.3:

• Fix: problems alerts after resetting filter stats
• Fix: crashes under certain rare circumstance

Version 3.2.2:

• Fix: problem with position and size of graphs

Version 3.2.1:

• New: position and size in graph options
• Fix: various small improvements and bug fixes
