Download Apache 1.3.36

The Apache HTTP Server Project development team has released a new version of their HTTP server software. Only the legacy version from the 1.3 branch has been updated, the 2.0 and 2.2 versions are still at 2.0.58 and 2.2.2 respectively. The Apache web server is used on many platforms and can be provided with all kinds of functionalities using modules. Unlike the 2.0 and 2.2 versions, there are no Windows binaries available on the download page for 1.3.36, only the Unix source code. Version 1.3.36 has only one change, which is the following:

• Reverted SVN rev #396294 due to unwanted regression. The new feature introduced in 1.3.35 (Allow usage of the “Include” configuration directive within previously “Include”d files) has been removed in the meantime. More info.
