Adobe has released version 5.0 of Photoshop Lightroom. Adobe Photoshop Lightroom is a management program for Windows and OS X that allows you to edit, sort and process digital photos in various ways. For example, it is not only possible to organize photos per photo session, but also to attach keywords to photos and search for certain terms to show the desired and/or relevant photos. It is also possible to make a slideshow and web album of a photo shoot via Lightroom. The main improvements in version 5.0 can be found below.

With the Advanced Healing Brush in Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 5, you can not only change the brush size but also move it in precise paths. Upright
Straighten tilted images with a single click. The New Upright tool analyzes images and detects skewed horizontal and vertical lines, even straightening shots where the horizon is hidden.

Radial Gradient
Emphasize important parts of your image with more flexibility and control. The Radial Gradient tool lets you create off-center vignette effects, or multiple vignetted areas within a single image

Smart Previews
Easily work with images without bringing your entire library with you. Just generate smaller stand-in files of your full-size images. Any adjustments or metadata additions you make to these files will automatically be applied to the originals.

Video slide shows
Easily share your work in elegant video slide shows. Combine still images, video clips, and music in creative HD videos that can be viewed on almost any computer or device.
