Download µTorrent 2.0.3 build 20600 RC

For the development of the 2.0.x branch of µTorrent the end seems to be in sight, because the first release candidate appeared on Monday. New in version 2.0.3 is that limiting the bandwidth used can be set separately for tcp, utp and overhead traffic. It can also be specified not to use udp trackers anymore and the utp data packets have been enlarged, so that less need to be sent per second.
