Download µTorrent 1.8.3 build 15619 beta

A few days ago, a new beta release of version 1.8.3 build of µTorrent was released. This complete BitTorrent client combines very modest memory usage with minimal processor load. There are three different versions of µTorrent circulating. The 1.82 series is the stable branch. In addition, there are also development versions 1.83 and 1.9, with the first being beta and the other being released under the alpha flag. Since the previous entry in the Meuktracker, three new versions have appeared and below you can find everything that has changed:

Changes in version 1.8.3 (build 15619)

• Fix: make “alternate upload rate when seeding” apply when the seeding is set by the scheduler
• Fix: align “Web Seeds” in torrent creation dialog
• Fix: translated strings in uninstaller

Changes in version 1.8.3 (build 15589)

• Fix: http seeds would not reconnect after stopping and starting torrent
• Fix: http seed for multifile torrents

Changes in version 1.8.3 (build 15571)

• Fix: regression in 15562 that caused frequent crashes
