Second episode Hitman will be released on April 26
Publisher Square Enix will release the second part of its episodic Hitman game on April 26. The second episode is set in the Italian coastal town of Sapienza, where Agent 47 faces a number of unknown missions.
The missions in Sapienza follow the missions in Paris from the first episode. For the game, Square Enix and developer IO Interactive chose to split the content into parts. A total of six episodes will be released for the game, of which only the first is currently available. The second episode follows so end of April.
Each episode focuses on a specific area. For example, in the first part, Paris was central, and in the second episode, Sapienza and its surroundings become the stage. Later there will be episodes with missions in Marrakech, Thailand, the United States and Japan.
The first mission costs $12.99 and each subsequent episode sells for $10. The euro price for the follow-up episodes is probably the same as the dollar price. The entire series can also be prepaid for a total price of 49.99 euros. A full version of the game in physical form will also be released in early 2017.
