Provider Budget halves combination discount for many subscriptions
As of 11 May, Provider Budget will halve the combination discount that customers receive when purchasing more than one service. Where that used to be a minimum of 5 euros and a maximum of 30 euros per month, from then on it is a minimum of 2.50 euros with a maximum of 15 euros.
Budget sends customers emails with the consequences of the change and has now also put them online. They can only be consulted on the website by entering the word ‘combi discount’ in the search field at customer service. Budget does not give a reason for halving the combination discount.
For customers with a permanent contract with an end date, the discount will not change for the time being, but for new customers and customers with a contract whose end date has already passed, the new discount will be on the next invoice.
