Download Firmware Sony Reader Touch Edition PRS-T1 1.0.02.10280

Sony has released a new firmware for the PRS-T1 e-book reader. The firmware is 102MB in size and can be downloaded for installation from a Windows or Mac OS X computer. The firmware, which has been given version number 1.0.02.10280, should solve the problem that the device cannot download some e-book files. Another problem with it capsize of the page and the unresponsiveness of the touch screen is not yet solved in this version. Sony plans to release version 1.0.03.11140 for this later this month.

This firmware update resolves the following issues:

• The Reader cannot download some eBook files.
