Download Firmware Sony DRU-700A vy05e
Sony has released a new firmware for the dual mode, double layer DRU-700A DVD writer. Version vy05e enables 8x write speed on Verbatim 8x DVD+R discs and improves the overall write speed and reliability of the drive. Flashing this firmware can be done just from Windows and here are the changes again:
