Firmware update: Plextor PX-712A/SA/UF 1.06

Plextor has released new firmware for its PX-712 series of DVD burners. The update has version number 1.06 and is available from this location as a self-extracting file to download. Among other things, the new firmware improves the performance of burning CD-R and CD-RW media. The full changelog looks like this:
