Download Firmware Intel D875PBZ P27
A few days ago, Intel released BIOS version P27 for its D875PBZ motherboard. This board is built around the 875P chipset and offers features such as on-board sound, 2 SATA ports that support RAID0 and RAID1, and eight USB 2.0 ports. Since version P22, several problems have been solved and some new features have been added. The changelog shows which:
Changes since P22:
- Added support for latest Intel® processors.
- Fixed issue with Intel® Desktop Control Center and AGP/PCI Burn-in Mode set to non-default value.
- Updated Intel® Desktop Control Center BIOS support for additional products.
- Add POST beep codes when video card is not detected.
- Added “Wake on PS/2 Mouse from S3” setup option to allow user to Enable/Disable wake from PS/2 Mouse from S3.
- Fixed hang issue with rapid mouse activity when entering S1 or S3
- Fixed issue where Intel® Celeron Badge was not displayed with latest CPUs.
- Fixed hang issue with OEM Splash logo
- Added Russian, Korean, Simplified Chinese language module support.
- Added USB Disable option in BIOS Setup.
- Fixed issue where system would hang with MFG Jumper installed.
- Updated system security by increasing length of supervisor and user passwords from 7 to 16 characters and moving the storage location of user and supervisor passwords out of system CMOS. [break]
