Download Firmware Canon EOS 20D 1.0.4

On Canon’s site, Kurzweil has found new firmware for the EOS 20D camera. The release is numbered 1.04 and can be downloaded via this link be downloaded. Firmware version 1.0.4 has two improvements compared to its predecessor. The first bug fix fixes the issue with the shutter release. Finally, the developers have improved reliability and communication with CompactFlash cards:

Fixes the problem of shutter release not working.

In rare cases, the camera freezes and the shutter stops working if a lens removed or attached while the camera is in auto power off mode. (In other cases, the camera might hang up during continuous shooting.) – This problem has been fixed.
