Download Firmware Asus Striker II Formula 1501

Asus has for its Striker II Formulamotherboards released a new bios with 1501 as the version number. These motherboards are equipped with an Nvidia nForce 780i SLI chipset and have a free LGA775 seat for an Intel C2Q, C2E, C2D, Pentium Extreme, Pentium D or Pentium 4 processor. The list of changes for this bios update looks like this:

Version 1501:

• Enhance the compatibility with certain memory modules.

Version 1401:

• Enhance compatibility with certain memory modules.

Version 1305:

• Support new CPUs
• Enhance compatibility with certain memory modules.
• Implement nvidia’s solution to fix crack display issue.

Version 1303:

• Support new CPUs:
  Core 2 Duo E7200 (2.53GHz,1066FSB,L2:3MB,65W,rev.M0)
  Core 2 Duo E7300 (2.66GHz,1066FSB,L2:3MB,65W,rev.M0)
• Enhance compatibility with certain memory module.
• Enhance compatibility with certain CPUs.

Version 1202:

• Fix EZflash might not work issue.

Version 1101:

• Fix system hangs when using certain addon RAID card.
• Enhance compatibility when overclocking via CPU Level up feature.
• Support new CPUs
• Fix QX9650 fails to set multiplier to 13X.
• Fix Power fan does not work after resuming from S3 mode.
