Driver update: Promise Ultra100 v1.60b35 (beta)

smallblock reports the presence of new (beta) drivers for the Promise Ultra100 ATA100 controller. The attached readme contains no information about what has changed, but judging by the data of the various files, the INFs have mainly been updated. The date of the INF files is February 2, 2001.

The drivers are already on the ftp site of Promise, but the webpage of Promise still refers to the old 1.60b32 files. (which is not surprising since these are beta drivers)
