Driver update: Pinnacle PCTV 5.50

Pinnacle Systems has a update posted on the site for the PCTV cards. This update contains new drivers as well as new software. The drivers have received the WHQL certificate from Microsoft. Please note that DirectX 9 is installed on the system. The changelog shows the following list of changes:
