Driver update: Kyro 2.1 build 2.01.21.0007

PowerVR has released new drivers for the Kyro I and Kyro II for both the Windows and Linux platforms. The version number has since arrived at 2.1 build 2.01.21.0007. A changelog is unfortunately not available but hinse was able to find out the following:
