Driver update: ATi Catalyst 4.91 hotfix

ATi has released an update for the recently released Catalyst driver version 4.9. A few days ago the demo of the game was released Psychotoxic came out and it appears that it does not work well with the latest driver from ATi. This hotfix should resolve this issue until ATi finally fixes it in the next release of its Catalyst driver. The release notes let us know the following:

Attempting to start a new game of Psychotoxic may result in the game failing to respond or producing a VPU recover error. Users who are experiencing this issue are advised to download and install this driver hotfix. A future CATALYST release is expected to address this issue.
