MSI shows first gaming laptop with mechanical keyboard
Manufacturer MSI has shown its first gaming laptop with a mechanical keyboard. The GT80 has a keyboard from the manufacturer Cherry and according to MSI the keys are more than five times as high as normal keys on a laptop.
MSI thinks the Cherry keys on the GT80 can make a big difference when gaming, as they click better and give more feedback than normal laptop keys: they are 27mm high, while normal keys on a laptop are about 5mm high . The keys on the ramp are of the MX Cherry Brown type and have a stainless steel spring. According to MSI, it is the first laptop with a mechanical keyboard to date.
