Software update: TeamViewer 15.24.5

Version 15.24 of TeamViewer has been released. This program allows remote management of other computers via a secure VPN connection. That connection runs through TeamViewer’s servers, so no settings on the router need to be adjusted to make it all work. TeamViewer is free for non-commercial use and is being developed for Windows, Linux, macOS, iOS and Android. The changelog for this release looks like this:

Improvements

• Improvements for account activation: requesting a new email to activate your TeamViewer account is now easier.
• Improvement for new Control Remote Computer design: You can now type any characters in the Enter Partner ID dropdown and matches will be shown to you.

Bug fixes

• Fixed a bug that prevented the profile picture from appearing when connecting via prompt.
• Improved Remote Control design: Thanks to all the received feedback, further general UI improvements were implemented.
