Blade announced that the beta version of Mozilla 1.1 is ready for download. A bunch of bugs have been fixed in this release since Mozilla 1.1 Alpha. A few new features have also been added. Below is the changelog:

Improvements to Arabic shaping which results in better layout of Arabic pages on Linux and other platforms without their own Arabic support.

A bug was fixed which caused English text in text boxes to be displayed in the wrong direction on Hebrew pages.

Lots of improvements to the JavaScript Debugger.
New Additions to the Release Notes:

Saving of certain files results in an extra or incorrect file extension. (bug 120327)

Mozilla is released under the NPL/MPL license which is very similar to the GPL license
