McAfee Stinger updated to version 2.4.0. This small virus scanner is not a total anti-virus solution but intended for cleaning an infected Windows PC. It recognizes only 43 of the most common viruses, worms, and trojans, including all their variants. The changelog shows which new variants are recognized:
