Download GameGain 2 8.30.2004

Pgware has updated GameGain 2 to version 8.30.2004. This program is intended to optimize your PC for playing games. According to the makers, it makes changes to both the registry and system files in order to make memory, screen layout, refresh rates and CPU threading faster. Everything is done automatically, depends on the hardware and software configuration and is completely fault tolerant. The changelog of the last few releases looks like this:

Changes in 8.23.2004:

• Fixed problem where software on certain Windows 95, 98 and Me computers be recognized as corrupted and not run at all.

Changes in 8.16.2004:

• Added secure digital certificate to installation program to confirm to users the download is safe and has not been modified during download. Also fixed typo within help file.

Changes in 8.9.2004:

• Used new setup installer as well as compressed exe to be smaller; resulting in more compact distribution for software.

Changes in 8.2.2004:

• Fixed problem with registry setting which was misspelled thus causing that tweak to have no effect on the system.

Changes in 7.26.2004:

• Added more tweaks for video memory for Windows XP, 2000 and 2003 users.
