Download Firmware Tyan Tomcat i7230W 1.02

Tyan has named for his motherboard Tomcat i7230W (S5162) released a new BIOS with 1.02 as the version number. The motherboard is based around an Intel E7230 chipset and accommodates an Intel Pentium D or Pentium 4 processor with an LGA-775 socket. The list of changes looks like this:

New features and Fixes:

• Fixed an issue where the motherboard couldn’t boot from a DOM
• Fixed an issue with the COM B port not functioning correctly
• Set the Intel Virtualization Technology default to [Enable}
• Fixed an issue with a 3WARE 9550SX-8LP PCI-X CARD where the Option ROM would not load during POST
• Modified GPIO settings for LAN disable/enable according to BoardID
• Modified temperature sense according to BoardID
• Added a patch for PCI-E card with bridge
• Fixed a memory test reboot issue by correcting the GPIO setting
