Download Skype for Mac 2.5.0.85
Since Skype for Mac last appeared in the Dirt Tracker, the folks at Skype have been busy improving the Mac OS X version of their VoIP software. Today not only a new Skype for Windows has been released, but also Skype for Mac has been updated. The Mac edition has now arrived at version number 2.5.0.85 and can here downloaded as a dmg file. As with Skype for Windows, Skype for Mac allows you to make voice-over-IP calls to other Skype users, as well as call people using a landline and/or mobile phone connection. You do not need a subscription to call other ‘Skypers’, but you do need a subscription to call fixed numbers. The full version 2.5.0.85 changelog looks like this:
