In the submit we found the following text from Anonymous: 80322: “With Hamachi you can set up private networks in a very easy way. Just like VPN, but easier. You get a network adapter which then comes into direct contact with people in your Hamachi network. You can of course start a network yourself and block or evict people if necessary. With ease you can now play LAN-only games over the internet or reach a network share on a friend’s computer.” Hamachi has recently been upgraded to version number 0.9.6.7. The update can be done by clicking this link downloaded as an installation package and comes with the following changes:

• Default process priority is now AboveNormal
• Added traffic indicators for alive peers. A halo now appears around peer’s indicator on any Tx/Rx activity.
• Added alpha transparency to XP systray icons
• Minor tunnel mediation improvements
• A fix for virtual adapter driver sometimes leaking system network buffer descriptors.
