there is another blood moon to see!

Go sit down tonight, because there is something special to see. The longest lunar eclipse of the century, resulting in a blood moon.

There is a lunar eclipse (eclipse) when the earth is exactly between the sun and the moon. There is then no sunlight on the moon, causing the moon to turn red. Hence the name blood moon. Because the weather predicted for tonight is so good, you can see this blood moon super well.

What time to watch?

The moon rises at 21.33, but you can not see this phenomenon very well. By half past eleven: at 22.22 hours there is a maximum eclipse. The lunar eclipse lasts until 23:14. If you do not have plans for tonight, then this seems like a great time! Cameras at the ready!
